The quote for each creation is based primarily on the gemstones and precious metals of your choice, as well as on the complexity of the crafting process. We're happy to collaborate and find creative alternatives to stay within your estimated budget for the piece—like using lab-grown gems or adjusting the design.
Can I return my custom made jewelry piece?
Per our policies, each custom design is created especially for you and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care to make sure each final product is just as you had envisioned it and are happy to address any concerns beforehand.
Can I request different gemstones in an existing design?
Yes! Choosing a different stone type, shape, or size of gemstones is one of our most common customization requests—and we’re always happy to accommodate.
Does the warranty apply to custom pieces?
Yes! Our standard 12-month manufacturing warranty applies to all our jewelry, even custom orders. If your jewelry ever needs attention, please reach out to us—we’re here to help. The warranty is voided in case of repairs and alterations done by a third party.
Is financing available?
We offer a layaway plan with up to four payments. The production process starts after a down payment, and the item is shipped after the final payment is made.
Can I use my own gemstones in a custom jewelry piece?
Yes! Please provide the exact measurements and pictures of your stones, and we will create an empty setting for them. You can then have the gems set by your local jeweler to avoid the risk of losing them in the mail.
Can you reuse the gold from my old jewelry pieces?
While we understand the sentimental value of reusing gold from your old jewelry, refining it in small quantities is costly and complex. For this reason, it’s generally not cost-effective to incorporate customer-supplied gold into new pieces. However, we’re happy to discuss alternative ways to honor your original jewelry in the design process.
Are 3D renderings free?
We provide one complimentary rendering of your custom design, including minor adjustments and refinements. If additional versions or major revisions are requested, a small non-refundable fee will apply—this amount will be credited toward the final cost of your piece once you place your order.
